How long does shipping take?
Hats: All hats ship directly from our HQ. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier option selected at checkout.
• Shirts (FD Studios): Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method selected.
What collections do you offer?
We offer three signature hat collections and one apparel line:
• GF (Gorra Firme): Cultural collector hats. Premium, limited pieces with story and statement.
• Crown Collection: Clean, everyday crowns inspired by fitted and classic cap culture.
• FD Deportivo: Performance-focused hats designed for all-day wear, sports, and movement.
• FD Studios: Limited edition graphic tees designed in-house, focused on discipline and cultural identity.
Can I return or exchange my hat or shirt?
All sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. Your trust matters.
Will you restock sold-out pieces?
Some styles may restock depending on demand. GF drops are often limited and may not return. FD Deportivo and Crown Collection pieces may rotate back based on popularity.
Do you offer apparel?
Yes. We’re building out the FD Studios line — a growing collection of limited edition tees and lifestyle garments. Our clothing department is just getting started, and there’s a lot more on the way.
